US REELS with wave bar

Go to academy in hi son and look at the red u.s. reel (the most expensive) flip the bell and the try reeling, the bell won't stop it stays open until you push the button back up. When I worked at academy we had to change those reels almost monthly because they tear up so easily! Also I don't like how that their name is "u.s. reel" and they're made in china.

These reels are good for specifics: such as, must always be loaded when cranking or line will ball up on side of reel depending position you hold reel. They cast great with heavier lures & c-Rigs, etc. Not good with light lures or topwater lures as there is no load on the lure being reeled in , unless you have fish on. Having only 1, I will not venture to own another for these reasons, there is a T bar also, I have not used, may be better due to controlled level wind retrieve. Believe I will stay with better quality conventional reels for most of my presentations. Jmo, ........... emoGeezer emoUSA

dont know if it would help i never owned one but i know they spool reverse from conventional and may need to have the line spooled on in similar fashion
