Found rod and reel

If you lost a spinning rod and reel near downtown under the walnut street bridge I have it if you can identify it it is yours otherwise I will donate it to a high school team so if anyone is apart of a team and would want it if I can't find the owner let me know

its long, a couple eyelets, gots string on it, and has a reel attached, when can I come pick it up?
