Abandoned Boats ?

Whats the deal with abandoned boat hulls at the boat ramps ? I know there has been one a Yank Yank bridge for quite some time but I noticed one at Suck Creek this weekend ? who does that kinda Crap !!!!! emoScratch emoMad

When I was over there fishing earlier this spring I noticed two boats laying on the side of the parking lot at the ramp by Armstrong road in Soddy creek. I've never seen that before.

There is also one in Hideout Slough at 35°11'43.2"N 85°06'55.6"W It's been there awhile. And didn't there used to be like a small house boat off to the side of the ramp at Harrison Bay dock? Oh yea and then there is this one. 35.207590, -85.121280 You can look them up copy and paste in Google Maps or Earth.
