What Navionics Card is best.

Maybe I am reading it wrong but it seems like none of their cards give me everything I would like for the money. I just had DJ's install my 2 HDS9 Touch Gen 2's and this is my first foray into high end fish finders but I like the fact that the Navionics + gives you all lakes and a year of updates but was thinking it would be nice to also have the 3D Charts. Sorry for being such a "Green Bean" but can you guys chime in with some advice?

Thanks in advance for the info.

I have both cards the Navionics plus and Lakemaster. There are things I like about both. I like the clean look of Navionics, but dislike the way the states are divided. However with plus you can select an area. I selected Tn, Ga and Al. Those are the places I would most likely fIsh. On Lakemaster I like the depth contour shading. Especially running at night, depending on the setup you can tell if your in deep enough water for running the lake with just a glance. And it covers the the lower 48 and possibly then some.

Thanks for the response. I am kind of handcuffed with Navionics because Lakemaster doesn't work on Lowrance units so I am not sure if I should go with the Hot Maps or the Plus. Like you pointed out it is REALLY nice that you only have to buy one card for all 50 States with the Plus but I really like the look of the 3D Charts with the Hot Maps. Both give 1 year of updates but with Hot Maps I would have to buy 2 cards to be able to fish TN, GA and AL which I am not thrilled about.
