I used 25lb Sniper all last season and was very happy. It was sensitive and very abrasion resistant. Worked well in water willow, rock and wood. I bought 17lb this year to use with football jigs and swimbaits.

You might want to look at the Gander Mtn fluro. I bought some at the end of the summer from there, it was on sale. The package had the Sunline logo on it, so it appears it is made by Sunline. I have not spooled it up yet, so I am not sure how it compares. It was cheaper when you compared the yardage to the other spools.

We have only used P-line. Guess we need to try sunline if you guys think there is that big of a difference.

What is the difference between sunline and Seaguar>? I know Invisx is incredibly limp for Flouro. What is the Sunline like?

I have heard excellent things about sunline. i have not tried it yet but i have plans to spool my crankbait rods with it. i tend to use PLINE flouroclear co polymer on most rods and plain old mono on the rest.

I use Seaguar Red Label. But I've heard great things about the Sunline. Some people in my fishing club swear by it. Gander Mountain's house brand of line is made by Sunline. Sometimes they have a sale on it. This tip might save you a few bucks.

Sunline Super Sniper FC is good stuff. I use their 8, 10, 12, and 16 pound test and love it. I tried their cheaper version and it is OK; but very stiff. Pay the extra $ for sniper.

I like seaguar but it didn't last as long for me.... after 3 months of fishing I noticed it was not as strong....
