I've got a 25hp mercury that is stalling out after running full throttle. Im not the most mechanically inclined type of guy, but have done some of the basic thigs as followed:
Checked fuel filter and diaphram (looks normal)
Check fuel lines for cracks or holes where it may be sucking air
Changed fuel and oil/ flushed tank and lines
Changed spark plugs
Pulled carb from motor and checked jets for crud or blockages
May end up having to take it to a shop but cash is tight at the moment, and wanting to eliminate any simple fixes-
