Let me see if this works. https://photos.app.goo.gl/WmjGV2fopoXgw5mo2 Should be me holding an 11-7 and a 6-4 caught back to back.  Compliments of Tommy Brindle guide service. At least that is what he tells me but he was just a back seater net man if the truth ever comes out.

Had the trip of my life this year, broke my PB five times in one trip! (12lb 8oz, 9lb 4oz, 9lb 4oz, 8lb and 8lb) Had a 34lb 8oz bag one day and a 35lb bag another day, then caught a 12lb 8oz gorilla on the final day of the trip! (Neither one of those 5 fish bags included the 12lb 8oz!).

I'm smiling ear to ear just typing this...LOL. A trip I'll never forget!

My PB smallie also came from Chick last year, 6lb 4oz!

I've never had any monster size bags on the lake but I have caught some good ones. My best day was the first 5 lber I caught years ago, I was praying she didn't get off and I was one proud fisherman when I got her in the boat and was able to hold her . I had missed big fish before and I had finally got the monkey off my back . My biggest fish to date is 8 1/2 lbs and it was a blast to catch but nothing can compare to that first one.

Late April a couple years ago, pre fishing the EMS tourney with Wayne Dedmon in the back of CHP. Him with his black/blue tail lizard rolls a 9 up(PB) and 30 yards later with a chatterbait I rolled a 12 lb'r (PB). of course the next week fish were ghosts...lol

My best day on the Chicamauga was when I caught this big girl on July 10, 2015 from the bank at daybreak. She weighed 12.2 lbs and caught her on a Gary Yamamoto 12' worm . Seth Coleman wanted me to post her again since she is definitely my PB.

Good to see that "beastie" girl again Alicia. I wonder what that fish might have weighed a few months earlier ? That's a huge bass to be caught in July.

I have wondered the same thing myself Muskrat. Had to have been over 14 wouldnt you think LOL! If shes still out there I know she weighs more than that now and then some

Mark Pollard (polo-dog) and I had a five-fish bag that went 296 pounds on the Chick one day. Pretty much a 60 pound per fish average. Oh yeah, it was NOT bass!

I guess I can throw a few crappie into the mix. My best solo trip was one day in February of 2013. I caught close to 100 crappie -- about all keepers and all were released. Fun stuff...

That is a good question. I have a bunch. The day that comes to my mind was 3/8/08. I have boated more bass before, I have boated larger five fish limits before, but this one was special. Me and Churly went when no one else did. It was snowing and sleeting, there was suppose to be a tournament that day and they called it off. We went anyway and had the whole lake to ourselves. It was assume. Boated 28 lbs and 12 ozes with our best five. Had some great fish.

I was thinking the same thing. This was before the lake exploded and we still got excited about 6lbers. Everywhere we stopped we caught em that day! I’ll never forget it.

My best day on Chickamauga was 9/20/2017 when I landed these 3 LMB from my kayak. I estimate that all 3 were between 6-8lbs. They all fell victim to a loon colored Whopper Plopper 130.

That is awesome Jmax and Churly. I didn't start fishing chic til about 7 years ago, but have loved every minute of it since. My buddy that got me started fishing there has fished it all his life and he says the same thing. That it used to not be that crowded, fish were smaller but so was the crowd.

Dec. 2015... pulled up to this spot... didn't make a single scan just pulled up and starting casting. Unfortunately, I didn't have a scale only an 18.5" culling board. Only got to fish this spot for 45mins because I had to be at my son''s school Christmas program later that evening. It was the best 45mins of fishing in my life! I didnt want to leave; but, I couldn't be late. I had plenty of sunlight left; and, the bass were fired up choking the lipless. I had the spot all to myself... no one else around watching me reel-in giant after giant and trying to come in and cast on top of me like most people do these days with no respect for anybody else like it's some community crappie or catfish honey hole. Best 5 went conservatively from low 30''s to upper 30's... sounds like a typical fishing tale stretch; but, I caught one over 10 pounds and another that was at least 9 pounds... and culling 5 and 6 pounders right before I left. You be the judge, link to pics below...

My and my dad who I lost in December got to bass fish for several hours and had the time of our lives. I’ll never enjoy another day like this one and a day I’ll cherish until I take my last breath!! He had me on the lake every weekend at HBSP

One of my first times out on the Chic, about 8 years ago, found some fish on a ledge and caught about 25 in two hours between 2 and 5 lbs on a drop shot. Never found them there again like that. Was out with my wife last year for about two hours and caught my PB 9.52.

A couple of buddies and I hit on a fluke bite on the edge of grass a couple of years ago in a steady rain. Must have caught 50 that day. Nothing over 4 lbs but we had a blast and hardly even noticed the rain LOL.

best day last year was really just an early summer evening fishing with the family, not the biggest bag i caught all year for sure but just great to have the woman there watching and the boy to help reel them in. or the day i got to spend on the water with my oldest son when he came from SC to visit.

best tournament day on chick was by far when Ron and i whacked em last feb right before he went to gville for the tour. it was great to see his reaction to the fish we were catching, he wasnt expecting it to be that good but neither was i considering i hadnt reallyfished in that area at all before that day.
