Anyone on here do trailer light repair on the side? I have trailer lights however I have no turn signals or brake lights. I have had the truck checked and according to Ford its fine. someone told me I have a ground issue they might as well have told me I need to learn to speak German. I have no experience with trailer lighting. The boat is in the garage so you wouldn't have to be outside working on it. If you know of anyone or work on them please let me know.

Just had the same problem but mine was running lights. Use your volt meter on the plug coming out of your vehicle while the lights are on. I had a blown fuse in a random spot on my tacoma. And I had a broken wire too which caused it to blow the fuse.

My Tundra did the same thing your talking about it was a fuse like mentioned above. Tailights and blinkers/flashers were not on the same fuse.

I have had all the fuses checked and the plug on the truck and everything is good there.

Track and trailer USA 4591 N Access rd Chattanooga (near 153 on the Hixson side) 423-876-1990. One of the local boat shops put a new pigtail on my trailer and wired it incorrectly. these guys fixed it in a couple of days. Tommy Kennedy was the guy that handled it for me.

With the emergency flasher on, test the yellow (left), and green (right), back at the tail lights. If you are getting a pulsing signal on a test light then your bulbs are faulty. If no signal then you have an open in the wiring or connector.

Check white ground wire but that effects clearance. The green and yellow operate turn and stop. Brown is hot. Blue ( if you have it) is back up only.

Double check that pig tail on the truck side. Wiggle the connection on trailer side. Could just be a broken down harness. Which BTW, we sell. :)
