Bunch Marine, NOT SO MUCH....

I have been calling Bunch about a boat that is on their website. A young woman answered and was extremely polite and told me that the phones were out. I guess they transferred all calls to her personal phone. Called back when she told me to and no one was there to speak with. Called again today twice and the gentleman answering the phone could not even transfer my call. I read the praises but I guess they are all the same when it comes to boat dealers. Back to square one.

Just a guess, but they may be transitioning to their new showroom and may have some comm problems as a result. I'm pretty sure someone will return your call if you let them know what you're looking for and give them some contact info. You won't find a better group of folks to deal with.

I was there Wednesday having my boat looked at </p>

They are swamped</p>

They worked me in </p>

I have nothing but good things to say about them As I told Curtis "I always leave with a smile on my face"</p>

The people at bunch are a good group but they just can't handle the traffic they get with the size crew they have. It gets really bad this time of year when all the pontoon people come crawling out
