Old fishing rod rebuilds

I have 1 or 2 older rods I'd like to have renewed with new guides and refinish the rods if the price wasn't to much, Does any body here renew/rebuild older rods ?

Joe Burns in Cleveland does repairs and guide replacements you can just drop off at Fish Tales

ROD YOU HAVE THE FUNDS , WHAT,S THE BIG DEAL. THERE IS A GUY OVER OFF SPRINGFIELD ROAD THAT GOES BY FAT ALBERT THAT DOES THIS . HE HAS DONE 3 OR 4 FOR ME. DD22FISH

I don't want to pay as much as new rods or I'd buy new, but I like these old rods better than most new ones too
