Trailer tires

Quick question about fitment. I am upgrading my wheels and tires on my trailer and I want to make sure the new ones will fit. My current tire size is 175/80R13. So the question is should a 175/65R15 be the same or close to same diameter to fit under the fender? Thanks

The R15 indicates a 15” diameter wheel size. Depending on the selected tires profile it’ll be close. Remember the trailer springs will flex under load and highway conditions. The trailer fenders are usually affixed to the frame and will remain fixed under those same conditions. You might want to put a tape measure to your current set-up before proceeding.
