TWRA just sent out a press release. Licenses will be 365 days from date of purchase, with a couple exceptions. Won't change the expiration time for most of us, except for a few days. Still purchase end of February.

Watch out if you get a migratory bird also, this year they expire in June and you will have to renew it before duck/dove season. TWRA gave some lame excuse for it and I hope they arnt giving tickets over it.
