Hello all, long time lurker here but hardly ever post as I am in Middle Tn. I am having an extremely tough time finding someone who has the diagnostic tools to test my motor. It is a 99 3 liter 225 efi. I've called numerous shops around me, ranging from Manchester all the way to Lawrenceburg. They either won't look at a motor older than a 2000, or do not have the DDT. Long story short, I have lost my top end rpm's, as it won't go over about 5000 rpm, so I would like to have the diagnostics ran on the motor. I've done a long list of troubleshoot/replacing parts, and am about out of options. Anyone that you can think of that would be able to run diagnostics? I am about 25 min from the Murfreesboro area. Thanks guys.

Might also contact Bunch Marine, just off I-40 at the Harriman exit. They are good folks and have been a Merc shop a long time.
Ph: 865-376-7227.

Bunch Marine was a no, as their equipment only goes back to 2004ish. I’ll check with nickajack marine as well.
