Trolling Rod Holders for Crappie Fishing

Just curious what you crappie trollers use for rod holders.
I'm looking to set up my boat and was wanting to get some ideas as to what you folks use.
Looking for the pro's and con's as well.

What kind of boat do you have? I still have the rod holder bar that I rigged up to go across the back deck of my little tin boat that I would sell for 20 bucks to get my materials cost out of it. You would just have to add your rod holders and you would be good to go with a removable rack.
