Probably three or four weeks.
My wife suggested that i stay close to shore in shallow water.

Awesome! Nothing cooler than to see a wood drifter easing down a river. Love the lines on those boats.

You gonna need a trailer for that bad boy? I know a guy that may be looking to sell a trailer he had for one of his drifters.

Nice looking boat Swamp. I helped a fishing buddy of mine build a wooden skiff from Montana Boat Builders some years back. A year after we finished it, I found one just like it, already built. I did build some wooden seats for it though. A little more time to maintain them, but they look good on the water. We have pulled them everywhere to float.

Got the sides glassed and one layer of the outside gunnels loosely clamped
Going to let them stay there a day or two to get used to their nee shape

Thanks for all the kind words,it's a confidence booster for a rookie boat builder
Boat weight around 90lbs.

That's neat i was just telling a young man the other day that you see people all the time restoring old cars and trucks but hardly ever see old boats restored most our just pulled off in the woods to rotten glad to see someone that has taken the time and effort to put into a project like that looks really nice and when you enjoy that on the water bet you will remember every hour that you put into it nice that's what we all need to be doing building memories and things like this that we can pass on for future generations
