ramps fine, but there is no loading dock. And after dark you might as well leave the door unlocked because if they want in, they will get in.

water levels can be iffy at low pool....I have never have had a break in there but others have. I have never been there after dark though.

lol, i have heard several different folks talk about break ins at several different ramps but have yet to see it(hope i dont). usually you see piles of glass from the broken windows(and this glass usually stays around for a while) but i havent seen any.

as for the ramp, i used it some last winter without problems but also saw a guy get his pontoon boat trailer stuck, so................
i just dont back into the water anymore than i have to and use the big motor to pull the boat off the trailer

I have never had an issue. The water level is low, but you can launch your boat with no problem.
