I buy zero percent of anything online unless it is somehow the only option.

I buy all of my gear from "Striper Soup" in Acworth, Ga or "Big Fish Outfitters" in Lenoir City, only buying tackle online if neither one of these carry it.

They have a great selection, are competitive in price, are convenient to places I fish, and have always been helpful with current lake information.

I looked up Pro lures in Dalton and from what I saw on Facebook it seems to be a pretty cool store! I would love to check it out but the store hours are not very good.

That's exactly what i think. Price are cheaper and shipping is free. Online shopping is convenient and they just send all directly to my house.

Yea, I’ll join you in that corner. I’m an instant gratification kind of guy. If it’s not Cabela’s or BPS, it’s academy or sportsman’s warehouse.

I probably know what an instant gratification kind of guy feels. When I see others using some new techniques that I think could work, it kills me to wait days for it to arrive if buy it online. Only in this case i will drive to local shops for what i want. Otherwise i prefer to shop online.
IMO, everyone makes their own balance between online and offline purchasing.

I try to buy all my stuff at our local stores. I mean we finally got a few good stores so I'm gonna do my part to keep them here. But the hard to find lures or colors I will order online.

I'd say about 80% online, (few special sites to get big hooks/sinkers and such), 10% academy, and 10% mom and pop shops.

99% from Pro Lures in Dalton. I only go somewhere else if I want something and Phil is out.

Half the fun of buying from Pro Lures is teasing Phil and listening to his nonsense. Lol
