I bought my boat from them and I thought it was a good experience. Keep in mind, this is the first boat I have ever bought, so I have nothing to compare against. They only maintenance I have had done there was the 20 hour maintenance and I did not have any problems with that either. I liked that it was free with the purchase of the boat. I have heard some dealers charge for it.

I used their email once for service on a Talon Anchor. Got an email back from the sales manager offering to pass my request on to the Service dept and assured me They would contact me. Never heard anything from them. This was in the winter when everything is slower. Even tho they are the area's only authorized Minn Kota Service department- guess they don't like working on Talon's. Just a No would have been better than nothing at all. Can't imagine buying a new Phoenix from them and having it sit there for 2 months, Geez.

I haven’t bought a boat from them, but they have been generous with their time and equipment helping out our school. Mark Newton has been very kind to us.

I use them regularly for service. I have no complaints. They even ignored my mid-diagnosis of a problem and fixed the real issue. They could have listened to me and replaced something that was working if they wanted the extra money.

John Swallows just north of Cleveland is an authorized Minn Kota Service Tech and he knows his stuff too.

Man I gotta say that compared to other I have used these guys are top notch. Now granted I have used them only once to do maintenance but as far as communication and overall customer service these guys were pretty good.

There are always 2 sides to every story in the service business. I would suggest calling Mark and talking to him.

If I do buy another boat it would be hard not to talk to these guys.
