As SpurHunter said previously, Eric Maurer (a.k.a EricM) was CFF Royalty. I have been sad since the day he passed, but seeing Eric Maurer's infectious smile in his obituary yesterday really hurt my heart.
His Memorial will be held Friday, May 18, at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 8541 East Brainerd Rd., Chattanooga, TN. Service at 2 pm, visitation beginning at 1 pm.
But as always, EricM was "giving" until - and even beyond - the very end. He and his dear wife, Mary Maurer, have requested that in lieu of flowers, you make donations to the Tennessee Wildlife Federation. I've done it. I hope my fellow CFF'ers will do the same. No amount is too small. It is the thought the counts the most. If you want to let Mary know of your donation there is a place on the web form to include her e-mail address (marymaurer325@gmail.com) for notification.
