I've never fished chic. Any advise from some good ol boys. Fishing Saturday and Sunday. I know the lake will be up. That's about all I got. Anything is very much appreciated. Thanks.

There may be quite a bit of stained water from all the run off. I try to fish color breaks where stained meets clear. Watch for temp breaks there as well. With all the current, I'd look for eddy area's around points breaks and channel bends etc.

If the water is high, fish up in the woods. Flood conditions sends them very shallow regardless of the season or time of year.
