Repair a Rod

Does anyone know anyone that can fix the handle of a rod I broke mine off and would like to get it repaired.

Did the blank break or just the reel seat/handle come off the blank?

If the rod blank is broke in two pieces anywhere along it's length, except the tip, it's toast.
