Propeller

I got in to the dirt at Harrison bay so now I have to buy a new propeller. Just trying to figure out what propeller to install. I have a 2018 tracker 190 tx with a mercury 115 prob xs. Also been reading a lot of post about raising and lower your motor. Can’t put a jackplate on cause it will void my warranty. Anyone have any suggestions?

You can raise it with the holes on your motor where it's bolted onto the boat but it's a whole lot of hassle without a jack plate.

Your rpm's will tell you what pitch you need-- example if your motor should run at 5600 rpm's wide open throttle and you were only turning 5000 with a 20p prop then you would need to go down to 17p.

each pitch = 200 rpm.....I'm just a back yard flunky but I have messed with them enough to know that much.

Do the Tracker 190 tx boats have a pad ?

i have tracker 190 with a 115hp 4-stroke just like it and i tried several props and the best one i found was a 13 1/2 - 22p mercury prop. i recently put a jack plate on mine and i am running around 5800rpm's and going in the low 50's. i have tried a 21p and 20p and a 24p.have not tried a 19p yet.
