Has anyone that has fished parksville lake give me some tips for this time of the year?

F-n-F is great up there in the winter when its cold and clear. Could try underpins and jerk baits too. If its dirty Id crank all day long. Jigs and shakey heads are good too.

From TVA today:

Parksville Lake water elevation will be temporarily lowered starting this weekend to allow for maintenance on the Ocoee #1 Dam spillway gates. Depending on the weather, the reservoir will drop about a foot per day beginning today to about 5 to 6 feet below the current normal operating elevation of about 828 feet. The lake will return to its normal operating level by Feb. 17.
This is a great time for property owners to perform any needed shoreline maintenance.
