Icast 2019 13 Fishing Bait

Has anyone seen this bait, 13 Fishing Pathfinder Hybrid Walking Bait? It looks great, but I wonder how the hook up ratio will be with the hooks tucked in. On the Icast video it looked like the presenter struggled a bit to pull the swinging hook free from the back (maybe because it’s not broken in). And given that the first half of the bait is hard and only the second half is soft hollow, I wonder if that too will effect the hook up ratio. It looks great in theory, though, and I’d be curious enough to buy a few if I couldn’t find any credible reviews online. If the hook up ratio is good, I think this bait could have a prominent place in many anglers tackle fishing over grass, weeds, etc. What do you guys think?

Watch at 8:12. Apparently a guide on the Chick has been using them. But it won’t come out until 2020 because they’re still tweaking it.

That thing my catch as many fishermen as it does fish. I don't like having the blade behind the bait. I can see where there will be a bunch of short strikes. Think about a buzz bait. How many times have you had fish come up behind the bait and miss it? Now think about moving the blade behind the bait. Even more short strikes?

There’s no blade behind the bait. I think you’re looking at the wrong bait which is right before the bait I’m talking about. I agree with you on that bait which was the swimbait with the blade behind it, it’s just not the bait I’m referring too though.
