Looking to get a fish mounted. Anybody local that does good work? Anybody to stay away from? Thanks

If you go on line there are a ton of options for replicas. Ive spoken with several taxidermist and skin mounts will eventually peel, not a matter of IF, but When. If you have an eye for art, you will notice the replicas typically look better and your turn around is a lot quicker. Before you give your fish to anyone, look at some of their work. Ive only "Skin mounted" 2 fish in my life. Both were trout, one looks great, the older-total crap. If I ever do another fish, it will be a replica.

Churly, unfortunately this will be a skin mount. I've been doing some research online. Just figured I'd check on here. I'll check out Bud. Several people have recommended him. Never had a fish mounted so just trying to find a quality taxidermist.
