I use vinegar & water. I also use “wave away”.

I use windex with vinegar. I did use vinegar and water on my carpet and it cleaned it great.

I may have posted this before. Wave away definitely works. I bought an old Garmin unit and it had a lot old water spots on it. I used Wave Away on it every time I fished. It took a little while but one day I was cleaning it and realized the spots were gone. I've used it every since.

I bought a spray bottle of cleaner made by Bass Boat Saver
It works great
simple spray and wipe with a microfiber cloth

vinegar and water, 50/50 will do the trick

make sure that whatever you use it does NOT have alcohol in it, it will mess the uv coatings on your screens

I still have the protective film that came with both my Helix 10's installed. Will the 50/50 mix work on removing the spots from them?
