I just reach down once and a while and clear it off. The MK is heads and shoulders above the MG in the grass! When I ran MG I ran a hydrilla hacker most of the time and put the Safari prop on when fishing mats. The Safari was good in the grass but not worth a hoot in open water. I've ran a couple of MK's since that one and they just flat out blaze a trail. I've heard some guys modify the MK prop to fit a MG as a "fix"?
