Had a few people tell me I should post some before and after pics of my boat. So here they are. It is a 2000 tr20. Alot of work has gone into this boat. But now I have a boat that should last me a while.

I understand. But cost is why it got this old omc. They all all I have ever owned. I know more about working on them. But if I could put a new motor on it I would. Maybe one day.

I agree!!! That looks great!!! You have done an excellent job of taking what you can afford and making the best out of it. My hat is off to you for a job well done. I see a boat you can use for years to come and the other good part of it is any repairs that may come up, I would say you know this boat inside and out, you can do them yourself. Jmax

Ordered it off of ebay. Thank you all for the complements. The material is carpet. Yes I do know this boat inside and out now. Had to build all panels and switches
