Upper or lower side to avoid @ Lupton City?

I plan on shiner fishing Thursday out of Lupton City ramp and seems like I read on here that one side has the end washed out/broke off but it may not matter with the water up so high.

Are you talking about Rivermont boat ramp?

I can't answer your question but I noticed that there is now a sign at the ramp addressing that issue.

Can't remember what it said but I noticed it recently.

The lower down river side. Driver side when backing in. Falls about 2-3 ft shorter than passenger side. But yep with water as high as it is it shouldn’t matter but safer than sorry. Good luck out there!

FishinChef is spot on. Water level at 642 so no problem. When it gets to 635 or lower be careful of the downriver side. Wish they would repair it.

Thanks guys. I drove over there yesterday and the water is so high, the walkway to the ramp attached to the dock is under water and I don't have a keel guard, so, no LC launch today. Headed to sully's instead.
Maybe the fish on that end of the nasty like medium shiners too.

Forgot to add. While surveying the situation, I see an old FOOL on a pedal yak, no vest or belt of any kind trying to reach the eddy water above the ramp but ran out of gas and shot right by the dock @ 5mph.
Maybe he was able to beach it on the rip rap down stream.

Life's hard. It's harder if you're stupid. The Duke!
