After the Spot Fight AlvinC and I went back out (after Burger King of course) to look for some cats and maybe a smallie or two. We tried a few different things, and even rode up to the wing wall. On the way back we fished the barge tie ups next to the railrode bridge where I had a 2lb or so smallie go airbore at the boat and throw my jigging spoon back at me.
We then rode back down river passing WSClint on the way. Alvin ended up putting 3 smallies in the boat with the largest being 17". I caught 2 channel cats, 3 spots, 2 google eyes, a yellow stripe, a white stripe, and a warmouth.
The weather today was great and it was a good day to just hang out on the water.
