we had a deal worked out via pm.i offered you 50 bucks for it.you said you were coming to chattanooga in about two weeks to pick up something for your motor.you allso said you would bring it with you and we could hook up.sounds like it was to be sold to me.i understand it was yours and you could sell it to who you wanted.who knows maybe we a hook up on the water sometime.sorry guys i guess i dont need to air this out here but this was not right for him to do this.

Go back and read your private messages, not once did you say "I will for sure take it" or anything along those lines. So how was i to know that you would actually buy the jackplate when it was too much trouble to give me a phone call.

I would have been glad to of brought it to Chattanooga with me, and held onto the plate IF you would have told me you wanted it, but the fact remains that you never said you would take it.
