If Federal reserve buys a
$100 bond from bank A(bail out) If that Bank loans the money to spur for pair of boots, he buys pair of boots from bettle, bettle deposits money in bank B, Bank B sends $10 dollars to fed reserve for reserve requirement. Bank B makes 90 dollor loan to me for fishing rod. I by fishing rod from custom tackle. They deposit money money in bank C, Bank C loans 81 dollars to Joe for light bill, power comp. deposits money in bank D. In all if the moneys stays in the banking system. Banks will make $1000 dollars in new loans. $1000 dollars in merchandice will be purchased, and the Federal reserve will get their $100 dollars back. It is called the marvel mystery of money creation. Money and Banking Class at UTC, what I remember from it anyway.

But that would never happen because beetlespin sells all his stuff dirt cheap so spur would have got the boots for $10 and spent the other $90 on pork rinds and diet cokes and I would have given the $10 to my wife as a sweet jesture to get something real good in return. Everybody ends up happy under my system!

That funny! Those are called leakages by the way. It is pretty much hypothetical, but money is going somewhere. Nothing wrong with Diet coke and pork rinds. Probably a better choice than me buying another rod I don't need.
