I guess a lot of you saw the 14.2 pounder caught Saturday on the "Chick". Does the state record get broken again this year ? It's certainly possible on this lake. emoThumbsup

Amazing fish! No telling, I can't remember what day that 14.24 was caught last year

It's hard to keep up with all of the double-digit bass caught the last couple of years. I'm not sure about the 14.24 but a 14.53 was caught Dec. 30th, 2017 so technically it was at the very end of '17 but it sort of kick started the big bass that started showing up in early January last year also.

Haha I meant the 14.53! My buddy caught a 12.24 with me last year and thats what got me messed up! Its crazy how many of that caliber get caught.

Man, that is an amazing fish. I'm almost surprised people were out fishing in the bad weather. Guess you've got to stay at it no matter what to catch fish like that.
