1975 Evinrude 135 Overhaul

I have a 1975 Evinrude 135 that I bought knowing that it was damaged. One of the pistons had a broken ring and it scratched the cylinder wall. I have the engine tore down and the cylinder block is bare. My question is, What company does the best machine work in town on these 2 stroke engines? Im only familure with automotive machine shops and the ones that I have contacted dont do 2 strokes.
