1991 evinrude clutch dog

i need to purchase a clutch dog for a 25 hp evinrude its a 91 model , i have the model number and serial number . any help will be appreciated , thanks . i would like a used one if at all possible , thanks again .

What is the model number. I am coming up with several different parts. What is wrong with yours?? If the edges are worn the gear lugs are worn also, or should be. They can be welded and machined. Hope this helps.

There is a guy up north of Cleveland, I think Athens, TN, who is your go-to person on older model Johnrudes. Someone on here will know who I'm talking about and can help you find him. I suspect he can either help you out or tell you where to get a used one.

I found his number in the back of a local boat trader magazine. I would recommend this gentleman to anyone with a similar model motor.

Not enough numbers for id. There are 11 models for 25HP in 91. I am coming up with 2 different numbers. Neither show to be availible new that I can tell. The number go to NLA.
Like I said, they can be welded and machined. I hope to soon have the capability to do them. I have a mill and buddy has a tig. Just need to get the right end mills to cut the hardened steel. DO you know what is wrong with yours???
