This is a used 9.9 HP, I have not had time to try to get it running. I know the ignition is good, good spark on both cyls, maybe a stopped up carb. Gas tank not included. The lower unit is in perfect shape, good prop. If nothing else this would make a good parts engine, even if you have a merc of similar year all of the parts are interchangeable. $245.
