This is the motor that I have been running on my 20 foot Tracker Grizzly for a year and a half and has been a very dependable motor. I have never had any problems with it at all, except for this past Monday at Harrison Bay State Park when it wouldn`t start, but it was the battery due to leaving 1 of my depth finder on. I put a new battery on it and fished a tourney with it just this morning and took 3rd place. When I bought the motor,I had a mercury mech. rebuild the lower unit while he had it off putting a new water pump in it. I also have an extra brand new(still in the bag) water pump impellar that goes with it. I did a compression check last weekend and all 4 cylinders are right at 150 each give or take a couple. This motor runs like a brand new one.It has all kind of torque and power. The only reason that I am selling is that I have a 2001 Mercury 125 hanging in my garage on an engine stand that I am about to put on my boat and don`t have room for this one. It does not come with controls because they are flush mount mercury controls that are on my boat and will use for the 125 mercury. I have attached a small photo of the engine. If you would like to see more photos that are bigger, please send me your e-mail address and I will send them to you. The motor is in Cleveland,Tn. I will have it hanging on my cherry picker so we can easily load it right into the bed of your tuck or trailer without any problems. The motor also comes with an extra top cowling if you want it.
Thanks,Jeff
