ok I have an older Johnson tiller motor early 70's and have a few questions. One I haven't ever had it in the water and hoping to change that for duck season. I have changed the spark plugs in it and can't seem to get it to turn over fully. When I spray starter fluid in the carb it fires for a few seconds then dies. What would cause this. emoThanks
