200/225/250 Mercury or Yamaha

Guys, I need a motor for a boat I just picked up, Id like a 4 stroke but im open to newer 2 strokes with low hours. I will need a set of controls also if available. Let me know what you have, Im ready to run this boat. 95 20 XRD.
