hey guys i fish on chickamauga lake took the boat out the other day and was running close to 70 and hit something in the water close to paradise cove marina i never saw what i hit but the boat started to shake a little as i slowed the boat down and just shut it off and trolled back to harrison bay.. got home and the prop is bent but no other obvious damage i hooked the water muffler up at home turned it over and its made a loud ticking noise so i shut it down i do have state farm insurance for a set amount of 16000 for boat and motor when i hit the object whatever it was the boat suddenly lost power does anyone know if nichols marine or anyone else that would be good to have the motor looked at as im filing a claim with state farm.. also this motor has been absolute trouble free till now thanks much
