Gotta be a scam. People don't buy boats like that then let them sit for 3 years. Another sketchy detail is that there is no hull identification number or designated state. I suppose If it were "new" and never registered it wouldn't have a number. The problem once again is "too good to be true."

Someone should email them and pretend to be interested and see what's next. Emolaugh
