2009 Reel Men Challenge

The Family Church of Dayton, TN (formerly Dayton Church of God) will host the 1st annual Reel Men Challenge on May 2 at Dayton Boat Dock. It will begin at safelight and weigh-in will be 3pm. The church will handle the pre-tournament meeting/dinner and registration and CATCH will handle the blast-off and weigh-in. More details about fees and prizes to come.

Hey, Kevin wasn't last year the first annual tx? Me and my brother fished it, We had alot of fun fishing with you guys and are looking forward to this tx also. The folks at The Family Church did an excellent job with the pre tx meeting, Good food, Good friends and a Great God, You couldn't ask for anything more than that. Great Tx hope everyone can come fish with us.

You are correct, Sir. This is the second, but according to an English teacher, it is the first annual. According to that teacher, the first one is the inaugural event and you don't call it an annual event until it happens the second time. The teacher's name escapes me right now so I can't place blame or give credit, but we have chosen to use their advice. You remember how English teachers are, don't you?? They used to use those red ink pens and "bleed" all over my papers. Hope you can make it this year.

Thats true, and i do remember seeing alot of red on my papers also, Because i'm one who can seriously butcher the english language. Lord willing My brother and i will be there.
