2010 Martin Cheetah

I got this bow a while back and been shooting it lately gettin ready for Alabama bow season to open up in another month. I got it at Academy and they dont set the draw and all that like at a bow shop. Well i got short arms and right now its set on a 29 inch draw length and i need it on a 28. Does anyone know if you got to have a bow press to change the draw stop on this bow? Cause if i can do it myself ill do it myself and save 40 dollors. Does anyone know about the draw stop on this 2010 Martin Cheetah?
