What shaft lengths?

Fortrex 112/US2 available in 45, 52 or 60" shafts

Fortrex 112 Hand bow mount 52" shaft

Terrova 112/US2 availablie in 60" shaft

Terrova 112/US2/I-pilot available in 54 or 60 " shaft

Terrova 112/US2/I-piot link available in 60" shaft

These are just the ones my distributor has listed as available, there may be other shaft lengths coming available in the near future.

Minn Kota has not updated their website yet.

Why is the shaft length for the I-pilot so long?

Not a clue, the Terrova 101 I-Pilot only came in a 60" shaft. Which on some boats, after adjusting the foot depth, stuck up so high on the front deck it got in the way. Minn Kota's suggestion was to have an authorized dealer cut down the shaft, which we later found out promptly voided the warranty.

I talked with Minn Kota on the subject of shortening shafts. They have told me that "IF" you use a "Certified Minn Kota Service Center" shortening the shaft "DOES NOT" void the warranty. If a service center tells you it does....find another service center. I have also talked with John Swafford in Lenoir City and he confirmed it will not void the warranty. Another service center I talked to close by did not agree.
