AlvinC and I took advantage of the warm weather today and hit the Riverpark. The wind was blowing nice and steady and the clouds rolled in about the time we got there. We stared down around Moccsun Bend and right off the bat I knew I was in for it. Alvin started catching little spots one after the other using a white crank bait I gave him Sunday (see on Sunday I was catching them left and right and I gave Alvin the crank bait so he could catch some). To get even I caught a couple of drum.
We ened up putting 17 spots in the boat, lost 3 more and boated the two drum. All fish were small. Probably males. Most fish were within 3 feet of the bank and were caught on white cranks and spinner baits. Water temp was around 57 degrees.
