i hit the woods this am was going to hunt till 12 about 7 a big doe walks in from behind me and stopped at 120yards or so I let the first round fly it was on the mark she jumped fell got up ran 20' fell dead then a small doe walks up in all most the same spot but just a tad to the left and stopped behind a big tree and stood their for a few minutes then stepped out and I let the 2nd round go seen dirt fly behind her new it was a miss then she stepped all the way out I let #3 go never seen her move she was just gone then seen 4 more big does and 3 small ones let all them walk loaded the 2 I killed in the truck and was back home by 9am now I will go to the meat packer this afternoon I am done with the long gun for this year from now on it will be the handgun or bow

I did not hunt last year but 3 days because of health this time year before last I had killed 5or 6 with a hand gun had not even took the long pole to the woods it is not hard to kill deer if you have a good place to hunt this year I am hunting on 1 acre that I bought from my aunt 2 years ago she got 11 acres and sold me one and that is the only private land I have but it will do for now if I can put up with my uncles livestock for the rest of the year </p>
