350v Ranger 1989 Aerator system

Does anyone on here know or can tell me someone who knows how to access the aerator system on this boat? My bilge pump and live well pump isn't working after I left it on over night. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey mickey you can call me at 421-6666 I have replaced many of these and restored mine in my 340v with all new pumps and flo rite actuator will be glad to help, Taylor
