38 Big Slabs 3/28/2007

[Wooley Booger Man]

Tuesday was a great day yeilding my partner and I 70 crappie with 38 of them being in the 1 1/4 to 2 1/2 lb. range. We caught them on stake beds in 4 to 6 foot of water. We released 10 of the biggest ones immediately on catching them. I don't like to keep the big gals that are about to spawn. We caught them on Wooley Booger Jigs nos. 602 and 609.

Way to go Mike, its probably a good idea to release some of the ole gals that are about to drop those eggs. I wished a lot more fisherman would as well, including yours truely.

WB Man, You gotta buy a digital camera!  I'd love to see pics of the 2.5 lber! Reports are good but a picture is worth a thousand words...maybe 2000. lol

I have a digital camera but I don't know how to put the pictures on the computer. I wish someone could teach me how. Us older fellows don't do computer stuff too well.
