Me and Ranger350V got on the water today about 1:30. Right amidst the rain and storms.

We started out catching a few fish on some red colored Rattle Traps over stumps in 5-7 ft. of water. Then we found a pretty solid pattern throwing a more natural colored rattle traps near rip-rap and retaining walls ranging from 4-10 ft.
Throwing the bait up in about 3 ft. of water. and the fish were hitting it in about 7.
Here is a nice one Trent had early on.

We had a great day and fished until 5:30. I lost count of how many fish we caught today. Our best five were a little over 13. Ranger caught our two biggest fish with a nice fish that was 4.5
I wish I had a pic of it but my phone got too wet to operate shortly after I took these pics.

It was a fun day on the water despite the rain. I think those bass will start moving up soon.

Great fish! Great pics! I hope the phone dries out?

I have had it for 2 weeks and this is the 2nd time it has gotten wet. I was able to dry it out the first time--Don't appear to be so lucky this time. :( Thankfully I had insurance on it.
My 5th phone due to water damage!! I had a Samsung flip phone I really liked. First time it got wet was when I decided to go for an unplanned swim back during duck season. Second time was crappie fishing I was loading the boat and it fell outta my pocket. It was done.
Just when I think I am being careful something dumb happens. Yesterday I put it in the dry pocket of my rain jacket. Who knew they made pockets that would fill up with water??? Especially with the flap over the top??emoBang

Great report! I was just telling my son's friend that i get some of my best fish under the wrost conditions.Rough looking day but woth it. Thanks for sharing the pics!

Very good report. It was a pretty rough day out there so I've gotta give you extra credit for getting out in that mess. Way to go buddy!

I had a phone go bad due to getting wet so my wife got me a phone protector (not sure of the name) but you open the phone, drop it in and seal it up. You can open and operate the phone while in the bag. It has a rope so you can hang it around your neck. I use it for wading. She got it a "Bass Pro Shop". Check it out, it works great.
