I have a rod that was my first rod and I would like to make a few changes to it but I dont know if it can be done .... I would like to have the thread that holds the eyes on a different color and the screw down rig that holds the reel on is gold and I would like it changed to silver .... can changes be made to a rod that is already complete ?

Its a Fuji casting rod ... it was my first rod given to me by my uncle but I would like to make a little more like how I want it now ... when you get time I could bring it buy and let you take a look at it Im also in no hurry ... I know you are busy with other orders
